「Overall decent stay. They were able to accommodate a 1 hour early check in which was helpful and beds/furniture was comfortable and overall functional. The kitchen was missing a few items and was slightly dirty and the neighborhood is not the best. The main issue was the neighbors playing very loud, heavy bass music that shook the windows until 2a both nights. I messaged the host understanding they could probably do very little however hoping they would provide some guidance or compensation....

「Unfortunately, the apartment was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness is a major issue. Surfaces are dusty and don't appear to be cleaned properly; worse still, there are cockroaches in the place! I "dispatched" two of them during my stay. Furthermore, there is no wardrobe—just a rack with three (3) cheap, thin wire hangers. There is also no place to put luggage, so I had to leave my travel bag on the floor. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom, only the empty mounting base. The armchair is...

"The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."
