Baan Talay - Thai for “Beach House”

Well located self - contained unit with undercover parking and private plunge pool. Situated in a quiet cul de sac.

Near new home with modern fittings & finishes in a relaxed coastal style. Open plan kitchen, dining & living space. Cosy front deck overlooks the very private plunge pool. Perfect for relaxing beside or floating about on, with a good book and an icy cold beverage.

Undercover parking for vehicle. Rear alfresco courtyard area for BBQ’s or outdoor dining.

The river (450m) and beach (650m) are close enough to walk to, for surfing, fishing, or swimming. The village shopping, dining & entertaining strip is just over 1 km away. The boat ramp & safe swimming baths with picnic & barbeque facilities are just a little further on.

Stylish relaxation for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Home away from home...

Excellent place to stay, very convenient. Check-in was 3pm, which I think should be 2pm, and checkout was 9.30am which I think should be 10am as per most propeties. A little table out in pool area would be good and a garbage in the bathroom, maybe instructions on how to use the washing machine! Totally minor things, none of which should take away from this amazing place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the place!
