「This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Room and lobby were nasty. Every 3 feet you walked in the entire building, your nose was hit with a different smell, all bad. -00000000/10. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Broken glass on the ground next to the pool and back door entrance. Just all around NASTY」

「The property a/c unit routine maintenance. The unit started making loud noises in the middle of the night. I brought it to the staff attention the staff was aware of it. The staff apologized without offering any accommodations or reassurance the issue will addressed.」

「The air conditioner was not working, tried to cool room for 30mins. Sat on the bed may have used a couple towels. Went to front desk to check out, they offered to swap rooms but I insisted refund. Got with 3rd party about refund to call hotel, hotel lied about me using the room. Accessible location, front desk just doing their job- poor management. They had also duct tapped a window that was busted in the room & it was supposed to be non smoking.」
