「The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. 「My family and I had the most amazing time at this lodge, the host kept in touch all the way from first booking to leaving the property, we found the lodge very clean and welcoming with a lovely gift for us on arrival, the hot tub was clean and very relaxing with a wonderful view across the lake, I would highly recommend this lodge 」
