「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「 Dry comfortable room. Didn’t eat in the hotel as there are lots of great options nearby. Bar is pleasant though. Ideally located for the historic area of Lincoln」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「We stayed as we are renovating after a house move and the plasterer had taken over the house. It was a welcome break from the daily work of clearing up after tradesmen! The staff were lovely and the food good. We may be back - depending on how things progress at home!」

「非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。」

「Nice superking bed. Small balcony with two chairs and a table looking onto a golf course. You do need your own transport. There is a railway station a few hundred yards walk away but the trains only stop there twice a day. Really nice helpful staff.」

「Check-in was friendly and helpful and accommodating, the lobby area was spacious and open, my bedroom was large/spacious/clean. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and facilities. (NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!) There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room. The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work...

「Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this. The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. This would have been handy for our shower as you had to put the shower gel on the floor. Coffee, not used to making this with...

「Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay.
