I had a great time with my family in this beautiful suite definitely going back .

Summer vacation

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking. The property tends to more guests than the parking capacity. Overall our trip was relaxing and fun. I would stay here again.

Disgusting hallway by the gym- leaking ceiling all week about to bust and very smelly. Some gates from the beach to pool area were not working. Beach chairs were dirty.

Beach Vacation

The room was very clean..so clean that when I got home, I wanted to hire a maid. The beds we comfortable (on the firm side) and the bathroom was nice with amazing water pressure. Only tiny complaint was there wasn't any silverware...but there were cups & plates..As for the Baywatch, there was no maid service, no way to empty our garbage & no extra garbage bags; and they were out of coffee. Also the indoor pools looked dingy.. all in all we were happy and have no real complaints. Played on the beach until 3 am.

Brandon met us out in the parking lot during check in time and loaded the cart for us and delivered everything straight to our room. He was such a gentleman. When we arrived to the room, the air conditioner was not working so I called the front desk. Within 5 minutes someone was there to work on it. They ended up calling another service provider to come check it out. Needless to say, everything was fixed within a couple of hours. The room is very small but doable. It was incredibly clean.
