We had a very short one night stay (two days) at the condo. The front desk staff of the Baywatch were incredibly friendly and efficient. We found the condo to be extremely clean when we arrived. Though the furnishing and decor are very dated, we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the stay. We did have an issue with the keypad lock that the manager of the facility quickly resolved. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the multiple pools and hot tubs. Overall a great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at BayWatch resort, and this time around I was not impressed. The property itself has not been kept up with since our last trip 2 years ago. Our room was not very clean, the carpet was very dirty, we laid a towel on the floor due to all the wet kids running around, once picking up the towel, it was covered in dirt from the carpet, the dishes all looked dirty and had to be washed. We ended up finding cockroaches after already being there 4 days…we had to clean and wash and pray we didn’t bring any home with us. We notified the front desk and their response was “Oh, you should have told us yesterday bc the pest control was already here” I still haven’t heard back anything from BayWatch regarding this situation and very sad to say, we won’t be staying here anymore. The only positive was the staff was very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location and view! Only cons are: The facility overall could use some updating and a good deep clean. The mattresses in the 2 smaller bedrooms (not oceanfront) were not comfortable.

The resort itself is well located with several pools. It is dog friendly and we enjoyed bringing our Yorkie with us. It was fun to interact with the other dog owners. The unit is a great size and did not feel crowded.

The room exceeded my expectations. My family really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we encountered was that there were individuals smoking weed on the premises. You could smell weed after 8 pm. Other than that we loved our stay. We will most definitely be booking with you all for our future vacations.

The only thing wrong was the smoke detector in living room was disconnected by previous guest because of it chirping and the vacuum was broken in master bedroom closet. We tried to put smoke detector back and know why it was removed besides that everyone was amazing. Clean place, beautiful resort, and staff was super friendly. Loved the heated pools..we would recommend this resort and will stay again.
