The only good things about this place was the view and the amount of ppl that could have been comfortably accommodated. To start, the place was covered with gnats. They were everywhere, EVERYDAY of our stay! The tv remote didn’t work. We had to Google how to reprogram it ourself or we wouldn’t have ever been able to use it. After both of those things, I reached out to Vacasa and they said they’d reach out to the “local team”, but no one ever contacted us after that until we had checked out!
After the complaint (with pictures) was sent, we found little curly hairs in one of the showers and the shower curtain was dirty and torn at the bottom. We were very upset that none of the windows could be opened, and that we couldn’t turn the AC off and open the balcony door. It was very stuffy since there was no circulating air.
The check in process lacked a lot of communication! We had no idea that there wasn’t going to be a front desk to ask our questions to. We didn’t know if we had specific parking spots, or where to park to get unloaded. All the information we received in our email was to always have the parking passes displayed in our car window. We finally had to randomly pick a place to park and chanced that the parking passes would be in our room. Thankfully, they were.
Overall, if you just want a nice view- stay here. If you want a good value for your money- definitely DON’T stay here!! We will not be back, and may not use this service again!
