Property location was good . Check in process was slow and was given the wrong code for oversize vehicle parking area. The room was a little outdated. Shower was messing up drywall around the shower wall. The coffee pot was filthy ....older place that the upkeep of it was a little lacking. Could use a little work. The beach and pool area was good though

Place was falling to pieces, our refrigerator was so old all are fresh fruit froze solid in refrigerator not freezer. Would over cool milk in refrigerator to point of frozen. It was rusted and gross and pit a huge damper on all our food safety and quality. Counter tops in kitchen were falling apart and cabinets. The formica was all but gone and in place was DUCK tape . You heard DUCK taped counter tops? Bathroom was a disaster, cabinets falling aprt almost NO water pressure dirty old shower curtain? A shower Curtain in this day and age? With both kitchen and bathroom destroyed it made trip very umcomfortable.

this unit was perfect for the four of us for the weekend. The unit is dated and had some hair and sand around but otherwise clean. Comfortable beds. There was not a frying pan in the unit.

The ocean front view was amazing! The unit was fantastic…just needed a little TLC for rusting appliances and a few other minor things. Beach and pools were great! Baywatch staff was very professional and friendly. We loved our mini-vacation and highly recommend the Baywatch and unit 620. Vacasa was very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for a awesome time!

Our ocean-front condo was in perfect location! Loved the view! Unit was quiet and clean but was showing wear. The ice maker in refrigerator did not work. The front desk folks were wonderful! Pleasant and helpful! Best of all, pets truly welcome! Plan on staying here next year!

My go to resort ❤

Love being on the beach, great specials and easy access to all my favorite shopping places in North Myrtle Beach. Feel safe traveling and staying alone at this resort. Wish all of the units were updated as far as the cabinets and counter tops, it makes it so much nicer. I know know they are privately owned but if I have a choice, I go after those first. This one was fairly nice but the bathroom and kitchen could have used some TLC.
