Seven Days Grace

The property was clean and basic! The stairs are difficult to maneuver for two of our guests! Better rails would help! The people either above or below us or both partied until well after 2:00 AM making it difficult to sleep on Friday night! There need to be grab bars in the bathtubs! The seating was ample for our party of 5 adults! Overall we liked the property!

Great Location. Building needs a lot of help.

The location is great. Problem is that if you plan on sleeping at all during the trip, I would plan on looking for a different unit. While there are a lot of beds in the unit, all of them have mattresses that are awful. And the pillows on the beds are equally as bad. There is nothing to buffer any of the sounds on the floor above you. You can hear every single step. And the windows and doors are of such bad quality that you could hear every car that passed by (and we were on the second floor). Then there were the roaches. I have owned rentals in the past at Myrtle and the rental agencies would require the units to be sprayed at least once a year, which took care of this problem. Not sure if they sprayed here or not, but there was a problem. It made more since when we researched it a little further and seen the building was actually for sale. Hate to leave negative reviews but also hate for someone else to ruin their vacation by staying here.
