Amenities galore- cleaning needs improvement

We loved being on the wide flat beach and enjoyed the beautiful views from our upper level condo. The unit itself however needs an update, and a solid cleaning. Our unit had signs of water damage and suspect mildew on the ceiling. The finishes were dated and the hot water took a LONG time to arrive to the shower head (at least 10 minutes of running the water). The pools were not clean, someone got sick on the pool deck and it sat for all the guests to see, yet the pools stayed open. There was visible debris in the pool and lazy river. More attention needs to be paid to keeping the pool clean with the vast number of guests using this facility.

Our family enjoyed the view, the pools provided and the hospitality - the hotel staff were super friendly! The opportunity is the rooms itself, in need of serious updating. Stayed at 922, door was jammed took several times to get it to open, rust on appliances, hair in several spots throughout the room, light fixtures bulbs out, hole on the carpet outside -overall room felt dirty and dated with no maintenance kept up. I would only recommend for short stays with rooms like what we experienced.

Extremely dated unit. Has never been updated and needs lots of repairs. Check out some of the other units available you’ll be more satisfied.

This unit is old in every way. Cookware is a joke and is the dinnerware. Silverware is Totally piecemeal. No decorations on wall or anywhere else. Chairs and coach were dirty

The view of the hotel was every bit of beautiful. From all of the indoor/outdoor pools to being able to walk right outside the resort straight to the beach.
