Great stay

Great place to stay

It was a perfect weekend stay! Being right on the beach and the view was incredible! The room was pretty clean just little things that could use some love like the baseboards. Could hear the people above me when walking around but it wasn’t bad and didn’t spend too much time in the room. I’d definitely stay here again

We loved that the air conditioner worked well, it had an exhaust fan in the bathroom, great water pressure and the fact that the tv gave us the option to use Netflix, Disney, etc.

Great location

The location was great, on the beach. Several pools. The condo was not very clean. The side of fridge had food on it and hair all over the bathroom. Kitchen supplies limited, no frying pan, toaster or kettle.

Visit During Tropical Storm Debby

We arrived at the end of Tropical Storm Debby. The condo was clean but needs updates. The staff were very responsive in repairing a broken chair. One of three elevators were out of order at the start of the visit by the final day two of three were out of commission. This was very inconvenient. The Murphy Bed did not sleep well. The key pad was very challenging for entry...it took multiple times before the code could be entered.

Not happy

The beds are super hard and make constant noise , the pillows were huge and basically like you were sitting up. The water didn't even stay hot enough for two people to shower. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn't be in there anymore. The only nice thing was the view. I basically wasted a whole nights worth of money because we had to leave because everyone was miserable and uncomfortable.

In fairness to the hotel we were in-they did give us another room at our request. The 1st room was falling apart-literally. The carpet was disgusting and all the tile in the unit was sticky. There was mold and torn spots on the wall. Carpet was torn underneath the transition pieces between both doors. That’s not all but there was just so much. I did complain to Vacasa but there was no compensation. They did report it to the hotel in question. In general I’m not thrilled with Vacasa.

Outdated condo with a good view

This resort is huge and they only have 2 luggage carts for the entire resort, as a result, expect long lines of people breaking their neck to get their car unpacked. The condo is a nice size for me and family of 3 but the furniture is old and outdated. Carpets have holes and rust on appliances. This condo is owned by a corporation so it lacks the person touches to make the place more enjoyable. The condo needs more bathroom towel hooks. Etc Resort it self is nice, could be cleaner. Not many noticeable employees looking after pool area, results in trash floating in lazy rivers and feral cats.

Best Family Get-Away Weekend Ever!

My husband, myself and our 3 teenage children went here for a weekend getaway. This was our 1st time at this beach and this resort. It was also my 1st time booking with VRBO. I must say, I will never book with anything other than VRBO. It was absolutely hassle free, everything went exactly as advertised and the motel had all the amenities that was mentioned and more! We got to spend our Saturday morning playing *FREE* miniature golf. Everyone was very friendly and made me and my family feel very welcome. I think we have decided to make Baywatch Resort our go to vacation spot from now on and will also book through VRBO! Thanks to Everyone!!!

Grounds nice— rooms need to be cleaned

Over all I liked Bay Watch— it was right on the ocean and had enough pools and activities to keep us entertained for the five days we were there. The room needs a deep clean. We found a significant amount of mold on the wall which the property manager was responsive to, and sent someone out to Clorox it off, but the carpets felt like they had a layer of grime on them and I wound up wishing I brought slippers or indoor shoes. Tub with jets was clean, kitchenette was fully stocked.
