Disappointed

Good luck getting the key to get in the gate. Poor communication until we couldn’t find it. Not on the premises, must drive and then figure out the right lockbox that has the key. It’s not right in front of the office door. This wasted over two hours right away. Then your welcome pack is one stained towel and one not stained. ONE roll of cheap toilet paper not in a wrapper, mushed and was stained! When I asked for more of these they send a copy of the secret rules they don’t show you until they need to, saying only one towel per person and one roll of toilet paper for four nights!! No extra bed sheets! You nasty people! Then they contact you daily to send more copies of their little rules of what you must do in the fines you will get if you don’t. I have stayed at a lot of places and this is the worst. Be sure to pack linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels. And all the walk-in rugs are stained and filthy looking. So much for a $30,000 renovation, paint on the walls and a new floor without replacing the rugs? Never come back here again they even try to con you into giving them a five star review and they will put you in a drawing to win iPods. What a joke.
