This wasn’t a bad unit however it is out dated the kitchen anyway However it was clean they need to to come in and change up the decor for lil or nothing and make way more money on the rental for a more updated look

Very Dated and Musty

The condo is in a great area and a lovely community, but the condo itself had issues. The deadbolt was broken and wouldn’t work. We waited almost two hours on it getting fixed before we were able to get in, not to mention it also felt unsafe having no deadbolt to use. We were told it was going to be replaced, but it never was. The condo itself was extremely dated and had a musty smell. The smoke detector kept beeping which required yet another maintenance visit for it to be fixed. The radio and tv worked intermittently. I brought these issues up and basically got a very curt “sorry” and that’s it. Would mot recommend staying there.
