Beautiful home with a great host!

My husband and I came down with our dog for the week. The home is very clean and has everything you need. Melanie the host was so super responsive throughout the entire process. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood! You'll love it!

Family fun

We loved this cute cottage style property. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Loved being so close to beach. Quick 2-3minute walk. Loved being able to have our pups with us. Neighborhood was quiet. We had to contact management for an issue with the dryer. They were prompt to respond and a maintenance representative was at the house in a few short hours Would definitely return for another visit to this property

Loved it

Even though we stayed for a short amount of time. The inside the house was very clean and well kept. Towels and clean linens in every room. It was amazing. It was just a few steps away from the beach definitely would come back.

Good Location and Modern

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week with our dog. This was a last minute trip and from the start, communication was great. The check in process was very efficient and upon arrival the house was clean. The house has modern appliances and furniture and is only a few steps from the beach. Overall very good experience! I highly recommend.

Great Place

We had a great friends trip thanks to the house we stayed in. It was in a great location with a convenient store and a cafe within 2 minutes walking. The beach was only a 3 minute walk right to public access that has a shower and bathrooms at it. The house is completely updated and has great water pressure with an unlimited hot water tank. Great carport for lounging and chatting. I would definitely recommend this house for family or friends. Thanks!

Great location, old house

The location of this house is great, however the house is poorly maintained. The ceiling showed recent evidence of leaking in one bedroom and one bathroom. There was trash left behind the sleeper sofa which had no bedding included.

Extended stay

Great property in a great location. Close to beach. More suited to a shorter stay..weekend or week. We stayed for a month. Lacked items like kettle and toaster, good vacuum that would have made a longer stay easier. Rugs were very dirty so not good for crawling children. Several items that were wrong were quickly made right by management company. Wished management company would take phone calls. Only accepted email/text communication which sometimes impeded understanding. Overall though the property is close to restaurants, tourist attractions, good shopping and of course the beach. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels available. Laundry facilities on premises also a plus. If we were looking for a shorter rental we would definitely go back.

Hidden Gem in Myrtle Beach!

My Family spent three days here and it was awesome. The home was recently renovated and very well maintained. This was the only single-family house on the street. The public entrance to the beach was a short two-minute walk one street over. My Family and I travel to Myrtle Beach several times a year. I will not book any more Hotel rooms. This will be our getaway home from now on.

Great spot!

House was a reasonable price for what it is. Short walk to the beach. Newly remodeled inside and was very clean. Allowed big dog, just have to get it approved. Great location, close to 17 (highway) restaurants, stores near by. Definitely would stay again!
