Nice Place

Overall great experience at this condo. The check in process is easy even though the office is in a different location. The condo was clean and had mostly everything we needed for the stay. The view from the livingroom and master were spectacular. The location was quiet, didnt hear neighbors at all. The balcony has a nice view although for small children the rails werent close enough together for a small toddler to be out on it. A few negatives were that the screen doors were ripped on one side and had holes.on tbe other. Also the screen door in the master doesnt close all the way. For big vehicles the parking lot is very tight but manageable. Overall would reccomend this place to stay.

The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. One suggestion, it should have directions for the TV's. old people have a little trouble with the new technology.

Great Location, Maintenance Issues

Walked into a condo with a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak from unit above. Spent the whole day on Monday with plumber in our unit repairing the leak. Never came back to fix the hole on the ceiling. Guess the next group coming in will get to experience it also.
