YOUR CONDO
Welcome to “Victoria`s Cove,” your perfect coastal retreat. Located on the 3rd floor of the beautiful Beach Cove Resort, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is a bright, open, and inviting space with a charming coastal theme. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 40` Smart TV. It opens directly onto your private balcony, where you can greet the day with sunrise views or unwind with evening cocktails while overlooking the ocean and resort pools below.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stovetop, and a microwave. For your convenience, we provide both a drip and a K-pod coffee maker. You`ll also find children`s dinnerware, an iron, and a hair dryer. Enjoy your meals at the 4-person dining table with the sparkling ocean as your backdrop.

The private bedroom offers a peaceful escape with two comfortable queen beds and its own Smart TV.

THE RESORT

Car & Parking
The resort is just off Highway 17 with free on-site parking, making it easy to reach dining, shopping, and attractions.

Walking
The beach is steps away, and several restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance.

Golf Carts & Bikes
North Myrtle Beach is golf-cart friendly, with rentals available nearby. Biking around Ocean Drive and Barefoot Landing is popular.

Rideshare
Uber, Lyft, and local taxis operate throughout the area and are easy to use.

Airport
Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive from the resort.

This condo is a private rental. While the resort`s front desk is not associated with our unit, our dedicated Myrtle Stays Vacations team is always available to assist you with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay. To ensure a smooth and wonderful stay, please take a moment to review these helpful details:

**Resort Facilities**
Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owner use only and are not accessible to our guests.

**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

**Linens & Towels**
Your beds will be made with fresh linens, and bath towels are provided for use inside the condo. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. Fresh linens can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. These items can be easily rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Rental Agreement**
A standard rental agreement is required and must be completed within one hour of booking, along with payment of a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This waiver covers up to $1,000 in incidental or accidental damages, providing peace of mind so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.

**Recreational Vehicles**
Per resort policy, no motorcycles, trailers, or RV`s are allowed on the resort premises.

Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 4 PM or later
- Check-out: 10 AM
- Early/late check-in may be available upon request.
- Rental Agreement must be signed within 1 hour of booking and again 24 hours before check-in if prompted.

Smoking & Vaping
- No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on resort property.
- $200+ cleaning fee applies for violations.

Pets
- Per Resort No pets allowed however, ADA compliant service animals permitted.
- Helps maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.

Quiet Hours
- Resort quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Please avoid loud music and disturbances.

Maximum Occupancy
- Maximum guests: 6
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Parties & Events
- No parties, events, or gatherings beyond occupancy limits.

Property Care
- Treat the condo with respect.
- Guests are responsible for damages, excessive mess, or missing items.
- Do not move furniture or remove items from the unit.

Safety
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- Locate fire exits and fire extinguisher upon arrival.

Parking Rules
- Follow on-site parking guidelines.
- Only park in designated areas.
- 2 Vehicles spaces allotted for this condo

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection
- Mandatory $35 non-refundable damage waiver covers accidental damage up to $1,000.
- Failure to complete required documents may result in cancellation.
