The location of the condo is ideal. We were steps away from a beautiful beach with chair service. The condo is on the 2nd floor, which is technically the 3rd - the stairs are uneven and filthy dirty. Inside the condo it was fine. There were dead bugs all over. The master bathroom was basically unusable it is so small. There were stains and dirt all over the walls. The screened in porch was nice, the furniture just wasn’t the most comfortable. The selling point is the location - it was easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. We were also minutes from the main shopping / dining strip. Very convenient location but needs a good cleaning and facelift.
