The condo’s location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and the layout was comfortable for our needs. However, the property’s cleanliness and maintenance fell short of expectations. The carpets were noticeably dirty and needs replaced. Several walls and visible scuff marks and stains, which detracted from overall appearance. In addition, a few interior doors were delaminating, giving parts of the unit a worn and neglected feel. While these issues didn’t completely ruin our stay, they did impact our comfort. With proper upgrades and basic repairs, this unit 304 could offer a much more pleasant and welcoming for future guests.

Great location

Close to grocery and any other shopping you might need. Walking distance to restaurants. We took too many beach items with us. The condo had umbrellas, chairs, toys, boards to use, so don't over pack! Beds were very comfortable. Could use an update on furniture.
