Check in was ok. But its a stinch in the walls that hit you as you enter. It was bugs crawling on couches and dead ants on walls. When i called customer service they said they could send housekeeping out, but that wasnt good enough. It was our first family vacation and it was miserable. The stairs looked as if they would collapse at any time. The pool was suppose to be open and it was little and dirty. The parking is terrible and little spaces. So if you have a small car it would be ok. We have a big suv that we had to maneuver into a space. It was just not a good 3 night stay.
