North Myrtle Beach Dream Home

Immaculate home with every amenity any family could need. If you are looking for a view from nearly every window, this is the place for you. Proximity to the beach access makes this a winner. The reverse layout is ideal for entertaining, and the attention to detail from this owner will make every guest happy to be in North Myrtle Beach. The pool was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be staying with Brain in the future. Thank you for such a memorable week.

Great property great location

This is a great house, couldn’t be a better location. This house has everything and our entire family couldn’t have been happier. It had enough space so we didn’t why on each others nerves, but had great get together spaces. The pool was amazing and the walk to the beach was nothing, my kids never left the water. Brian was a great host, I couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing get away

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious which was nice with 15 total of us in the house. Just a walk to the beach which was also nice and the house had a pool which was amazing. The host was super friendly and if I had any concerns he was just a call away. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks!!

Awesome vacation

We had a fantastic time! The house has a nice big pool that was partly shared during the day during the hottest part of the day. The walk to the beach was ten minutes, at the most. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and ice cream stands were just a half mile up the road. The house also had everything we needed for cooking and grilling.

Beautiful home

This was the end of summer for trip for the family. The house was well maintained and large enough for everyone to ennjoy. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. The elevator was ideal for family with health concerns. I would recommend this property for a great place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful experience. There was one major problem. Not enough bath Linens for our length of stay.

Family vacation

It was myself my daughter and her kids and grand. My son wife and their kids. The property was clean, very roomy, kitchen was awesome, decks everywhere with ocean views from some, the kids really liked the pool and I liked the elevator as I have issues with steps. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owner stopped by one day to see if we needed anything or had questions. Very cordial. I would highly recommend this place.

The property owner was very accommodating. When we commented to him about the old, unsightly barb-b-cue grill, we had a new one delivered the next day. We were very pleased with this. The house was large enough that we were comfortable and not crowded. It was clean and there was adequate linen supply. It was a short walk to the beach.

Super Stay

The property owner couldn't have been more accommodating, answered all the questions I had before our trip and truly made me feel welcome to stay in his home. We are a large family of 14 (Mom and Dad, 4 adult children, with their spouses/significant others and 4 grandkids, aged 4-24) The bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect!!! The little guys stayed on air mattresses in the master which was HUGE Huge 3rd floor kitchen with fridge, wine fridge and full size freezer,(another freezer on ground floor) Plenty of seating both inside and out. Pool was big and well maintained. Nice side yard, with plenty of games left by owner in garage. Pictures do not do justice to the proximity of the beach access.....it is only 1 block away!!! Great home in a great location!!!

Awesome Vacation

This place lives up to the pictures that are posted. We wanted to believe that the house was as nice as it looked and we weren't disappointed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach was a easy 2 minute walk. When we were done with the beach we came back to the pool. It was half in the shade so pleased all parties. Arcade games and a pool table was above and beyond but was enjoyed by all. The proximity to other entertainment was appreciated as well. One night we all decided to go to the Alabama theater and see the "Iconic" show. It was 4 miles away and it was a hit for all ages! Highly recommend. Overall a great week and we would recommend this house to anyone.

Family Vacation

This vacation home is beautiful as described. So close to the Beach and sitting outside on the upper decks you are able to enjoy the ocean views. The kids loved the pool when not at the beach. Would definitely recommend this for a family vacation.

Great family home

This home was beautiful and well suited for our family vacation with 15 people. It was walking distance of the beach and had a beautiful view. The pool was large enough for everyone. The host was amazing and able to answer any questions right away. Lots of amenities available at the home. Plenty of space for each family! So glad we stayed here and would absolutely stay again!

Spacious but Misleading listing

The home is spacious and a good layout for big groups but in no way is this a luxury stay. For a home that is advertised to accommodate 16 guests, there were not enough towels and linens to go around. The bedding in the master bedroom was very worn with holes in the pillow cases. We rented the home to host family and have a rehearsal dinner for my sister’s wedding. The backyard was not well maintained. We had to do gardening to clear the pathway from the front of the house to the back for our guests. The outdoor furniture was also rusted with stained cushions. During our event, we covered the table and rented our own chairs becuase they are rusted to the point that when you sit in them and stand up, your clothes are stained. The couches in the living room were heavily soiled and we had to purchase couch covers to hide the stains. We left the covers for the host. The microwave is corroding on the inside with rusted metal exposed. Overall, this wasn’t the luxury stay the host advertised and we wouldn’t recommend staying here. I would post pictures of all of the items mentioned above but VRBO doesn’t allow that option. At the end, we left the home better than we found it!

Great house

The house was wonderful for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the beach was very close-easily walkable for our 2 1/2 year old grandchildren. The owner was not so quick to respond to questions before our stay and, at times, during our stay. The refrigerator was leaking and not cooling properly. Brian came to check it out fairly quickly, however, during our week stay much of our fruit and vegetables had to be thrown out because they spoiled. Major appliances should be in working condition and it seemed as if this was not a new problem.
