Amazing View!

Not only a lake view, but you can also see the ocean through the adjacent boulevard condo's parking deck from the back porches! Steps away from the ocean, so spacious for multiple family and/or friends.

Great location; size of house was appropriate for number of guests. A little worn- but it is an older unit. A few cockroaches- there again, it is on the inlet so not terribly surprising. The flattop was rusty and had to be scrubbed before use. Overall meet our needs for our stay- we spent most of the trip outdoors. Drinking coffee overlooking the inlet in the morning was fantastic; as was sitting watching the moonrise from the comfort of the deck chairs.
