Lovely stay!

I was very impressed that the condo looked just as it did in the photos. My husband and i loved waking up and seeing the ocean! Our room had everything we needed to stay comfortably, and the beds were comfortable. The check in was super easy and convenient. My only issue (which not this particular owner's fault) is it is hard to remember all the door codes. We had one for our room , there's one to the pool and one to get in the building. Takes a day or 2 to remember them, but i suppose i prefer that as opposed to a key that risks getting lost. The hottubs were nice, the kids loved the pool, and we were feet from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and will book again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

Filthy and unkept

We would not recommend this room to anyone. It was way overpriced for the lack of quality and cleanliness. As stipulated in agreement we let BigFish rentals know of the filth, stench and needed repairs within one hour of checkin. They made us send pictures of everything but only sent 1 person to clear the stopped up drains in 3 sinks the 2nd day. We were supposed to have someone clean at 9am our 1st morning but after waiting 3 hours, we realized that no one was coming. BigFish also insisted that no one be in the place while it was cleaned (Quite fishy since they know we had all of our belongings inside the room). After numerous emails with them, the stress was too much for our short 4 day vacation. Be careful of this— all the stains and broken furniture will be the next renters problem to pay for if you’re not careful to report everything when you arrive.
