Nice place overall. We were surprised not to see a couple basic items such as a Keurig-type coffee maker and a small hair dryer. Otherwise everything seems in order and ready for guests.

The place was clean and you can't beat the Ocean Keyes complex. We liked the colors and decorations that were chosen for the condo. The owners could do better and likely command a higher rental price if they paid more attention to detail. Items such as a Keurig, dish towels, hair dryer, some games, etc. may seem insignificant but mean a lot to renters and can determine if a renter decides to return in the future. These conveniences are the norm in the many times we have stayed at Ocean Keyes. Just an FYI, one of the bedroom remotes did not work properly and some of the wall clocks throughout the condo were not working. Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation and a nice experience at this property. Thank you for renting to us!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Worst Condo stay ever

Upon arriving, condo not cleaned, waited around two hours (7:20pm) and received a text room was ready. It had not been touched, plus had a broken toilet until Sunday afternoon. WE had to fiscally clean the condo before bringing our bags in. It took 3 hours and we had to use our cleaning supplies. Broken glass in kitchen floor, entire condo was filthy. Coffee pot so nasty, could not be used. Did not get a new one until Wed. Will never rent from anyone who uses Elliott Rentals. Very unprofessional. If they don't have the staff to clean, THEY SHOULD NOT BE RENTING THE UNITS!!!! Have heard many bad things from other renters about Elliott. I hope and pray the owners of the unit knows what a terrible job they are doing managing their property!!! WILL NEVER RENT FROM ELLIOTT AGAIN. Brenda McDowell, Reidsville, NC
