Loved the location but the showers creaked when using the shower making us feel like we would fall through the floor. And the couch was very uncomfortable. Overall stay was nice and loved being able to see the beach from the balcony.

I am being generous giving 3 stars. This rental was full of dog hair when we got there. It says “no pets allowed “ but that rule was not followed. I am highly allergic to dogs. Carolina Realty was very nice and sent someone over immediately to clean. But honestly, the rental needs serious updating. It is dirty, one of the bathrooms smelled like urine, even after I cleaned it. I would not rent this unit again.

Bad experience at Pier 1 !

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If my family wasn’t so happy for us to be together I would of had a miserable experience. This property should of been demolished and remodeled. Kitchen was absolutely terrible. I can’t even list everything. The condo was so hot in the bedrooms because there were no ceiling fans. Furniture sooooo old. Shouldn’t have listed a fold out sofa couch the mattress was disgusting. The patio was crowded because of the rusty AC unit taking up half the space. The family bathroom was the only decent room. Pictures show a whole different view. I will never rent with you again. You should inspect your property before renting. I didn’t want to even give one star.
