Lovely.

We stayed in a room looking directly over the beach. The room had 2 doors to seperate the main room and the back room thought that was pretty cool. I didn’t like that I had to move the couch and a chair to get to the third bed but other than that the place was very nice and they offered a lot of things to the guest free coupons and free tickets to get into a few attractions but lot one per room so I don’t even get to use them. Also they have a nice restaurant in the lobby. The multiple pools and hot tub was awesome as well. I would highly recommend this place.

The perfect rental

From the room, the pool, the property everything was great. My husband my children and I enjoyed ourselves our whole stay. The room was very clean and well equipped. The pool area had a lot to offer and being right on the beach what perfect! Definetly will book again.

This was our first time booking a condo instead of a hotel and we absolutely loved it! We had most everything we needed and we truly enjoyed being self sufficient, especially during the pandemic. We will certainly book the same accommodations for our next trip.

Awesome ocean front room

We had the best time … wonderful room, everything you need!! And Vacasa makes this all so easy!!! Only think I could request is a new latch lock on the door… or deadbolt lock … there’s none besides the code lock on the door! But that’s it … the room is wonderful!!!!

Unsafe and dangerous

Choosing to leave because of safety and not ever looking back. I will never rent here and I highly recommend that perspective customers are made aware of events like bike week, which resembled gang activity. all of the entryways were blocked with motorcycles and vehicles playing very loud music. Some of the bystanders didn’t even want to let us pass through.

Dishwasher did not work the water pressure in the kitchen sink was almost obsolete took 10 minutes to fill a gallon picture. The floors were dirty all of our feet were black after 10 minutes in the room so we were socks and or shoes all weekend. No odors very nice decor.

We had a great stay at the Bay Watch.

For the most part everything was great. Our room was available early. Staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is because there was some minor things. Like one of our closet doors was off the hinges when we entered the condo and the TV in the bedroom didn't have cable nor did the remote work right and the DVD player channel wouldn't come up. There's no where to put cigarette so there was cigarettes laying on the ground around the pools and even found one in the pool. They could keep the pool areas a little cleaner. And the parking garage is super tight. Wished I had known beforehand what tower was closes to the garage. Our room was in the tower furthest from the garage. But besides some minor things we had a great time and it was well worth what we paid. They even offered us another night for only 40 bucks. The view of the ocean from our room was great and it was a super close walk to the beach from the pool deck.

The view from the balcony is phenomenal. The apartment is colorful but the over all place and resort is dirty. Staff was friendly for most part but not overly professional. I won't stay there again.

Bad Mattresses

Hello, We appreciated all the renovations and upgrades in the unit. However, the mattresses are cheap & uncomfortable. Don't expect to get a good-night sleep. They are not supportive, bounce, squish, and are noisy. We are sleep-deprived after 2 nights. We have reached out to Bay Watch, Vacassa, & VRBO but they said that only the owner can fix this situation. The manager of Bay Watch offered to move us to a more comfortable unit, but we had too much stuff to move to make it worth our while. We checked out a day early to go home to get some sleep. Wonderful N. Myrtle Stay!

4.9 stars! Great view! The rooms were clean and quaintly decorated! Beds were comfortable- although we didn’t end up using the Murphy bed or pull out couch. Murphy bed looked decent when I pulled it down just to look at though. End stands a little worn but you can tell this place is well loved and well taken care of. Wi-Fi did not work and was not able to be accessed to fix quickly - Technician would have come (there is a number to call) but we were not staying very long so we didn’t need it. TV had all streaming abilities . We loved the resort and it was easy to get to attractions. Instacart deliveries and food deliveries were easy and super fast. Amenities are included, but if staying more than a few nights bring extra dish soap, dish washer detergent, and towels. Pool did not provide towels (maybe because if covid?) so we did have to go buy some. It was off season so some things were not open as expected, but the front desk provides coupons and guest card for an extra plus :) We were a little disappointed the regular restaurant wasn’t open for dinners as the bar that had food was not the greatest environment for my 5 year old. Went the first night and decided not to go again. I thought the food was good though :). During summer it looks like you also receive extra freebies for surround attractions and restaurants. All in all lovely little stay!
