Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condo - Monthly off season rates available

Direct oceanfront vacation condo in North Myrtle Beach. Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Towers I is near Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Tanger Outlet, House of Blues and many other exciting vacation settings!

YES it is on the oceanfront! The condo is a two bedroom, two bath oceanfront corner condo on the sixth floor. The living room and balcony are directly on the ocean with a great view towards Myrtle Beach. The condo is located at the end of the hall so less neighbors! The master bedroom has king bed and the twin bedroom has two new (June 2021) twin beds. Both bedroom have a TV and the living room has a SMART TV with spectrum as the cable provider. The property has an outdoor pool and charcoal grills.

The property does not allow smoking. There is no smoking allowed in the condo.

Crescent Towers I pool plans to open each Easter week and closes October 31 each year. (We cannot guarantee all times)The Beach is directly in front of the condo!

*Effective July 5th, 2024 - the HOA only allows for two cars on property*

***The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.***
