Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.

* Renovation Notice: The Indoor Lazy River and outdoor pool for Tower 1 are under renovation until further notice. All other pools, hot tubs, and the outdoor lazy river remain open for your enjoyment.
* Provided Items: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Linens and bath towels are included. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for guest use.
* Items to Bring: Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as they are not provided by the host or the resort.
* Extended Stays: This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings. Please inquire for more details.
* Oversized vehicles will need to park in the expanded resort parking area and this is purchased through the front desk.
* No trailers, motorcycles, or RVs are allowed on the resort property.
* RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

PARKING LIMITATIONS:

Free parking is available in the resort parking deck on a first-come, first-served basis. Each condo is limited to a maximum of two (2) parking spaces.

Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the parking deck. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the deck. The resort may offer limited paid parking in its oversized and overflow lot through the front desk, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for any additional parking fees.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.
