Overall it was a cery nice stay. We arrived on Saturday check was very easy. We arrive at the house git settled in and went for a walk to the beach which was closer than we thought. Very nice!Soon after we noticed a must smell coming from the back room after inspecting the are we found the baseboard had wet stains and mold. We notified the rental company and closed off that portion of the house. The rest of the house was very accommodating especially for our dog. The yard was spacious enough for him to play and run around. The nieghborhood was pleasant and quiet. Although curtains or blinds in the common area would be a nice addition for privacy at night. When it rained we did notice an increase of insects in the back room and porch area.
