*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. 

*Charcoal grill area is located in the parking area.

*Washer/Dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes are provided in the unit. No additional passes will be provided. UNIT NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON ALL PARKING PASSES. PARKING PASSES MUST FACE OUTWARD WITH THE UNIT NUMBER VISIBLE AND PLACED IN THE WINDSHIELD.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Getting Around:

Free parking on site for up to 2 vehicles.  UNIT NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON ALL PARKING PASSES. PARKING PASSES MUST FACE OUTWARD WITH UNIT NUMBER VISIBLE AND PLACED IN THE WINDSHIELD. Plus, Uber/Lyft are fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. No pets allowed

8. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
