Out dated and needs repairs

To check in and out you have to go all away across town. Both twin beds are broken. All mattresses need replaced. No cabinet space for groceries. Had to wash everything from glasses to pots and pans they were dirty. Forks were bent. Showers and sinks don’t drain.
