This is a very well maintained condo, we have stayed here multiple times and its always been in excellent condition. The owners seem to have made some type of update each time I am there, the furniture & beds are nice and not the cheap stuff you find in alot of rentals, I encountered A problem with the dryer while I was there & the ower himself was there within 45 minutes, he was an extremally nice guy, and the dryer was working again in no time.

Nice Condo in Quiet Cherry Grove

Nice condo as listed. Nice location if you want quiet area of Myrtle Beach away from lots of restaurants and attractions of Myrtle Beach. Smaller building with less people to deal with and more room for you on the beach and the pool area, when open. Wish we would have been told pool was closed as many if not all of the surrounding buildings had pools open as of the time of our stay. Was disappointed that we did not have those amenities available. Need some dish towels provided for kitchen use, but kitchen was well equipped other than the lack of dish towels. Did not use, but was nice to have beach chairs and wake boards provided with unit...would have been great not to have brought ours all the way from home. That was a nice bonus. Overall though was perfect for what we wanted...quiet, clean, less crowds, nice beach in driving distance to restaurants and attractions. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very Disappointing

I will highlight the issues only. The listing shows and describes a bedroom with 2 separate twin beds. This was not true, it was a bunk bed. Upon arrival, there was sand everywhere in the beds and floor, the washer would not work, the pool was closed, there were no towels, and there were dirty linens in the living room from the previous stay. This was our only family beach vacation, of which was very disappointing.
