Where Do I Begin…
When I booked this unit, check out time was 11am. Somewhere that time changed to 10am without notification. Getting details of check in went thru lots of back-and-forth. I was told that I would get the info 45 minutes before check in! I ended up receiving instructions the day before. We get there they hand the keys over & all they say is “have fun”. We get to the property & realize we had no further details like what building our unit is in, towards the front or back, etc. After another call abt that & what the gate code was we finally settle in, but notice a few things. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. After pulling the chain for the overhead light in the master bedroom the chain breaks off. The table lamp in the living room-plugged in &w/ a lightbulb in didn’t work. 7 TV remotes & not 1 had batteries in it. Don’t get me started on the sliding door to the balcony. I work out, but I’m no body builder which you have to be,to be able to get that door open. Another call later, A lady came, brought us batteries for 1 remote, said yeah she knows about the balcony door & will get back abt it. 6days later I get a message someone is coming to “look at it” Needless to say, it was exhausting trying to open it all week &enjoy the viewWe finally just gave up. Oh did I mention there was construction going on all week. With no heads up, we run into the pest control people 1 day & said they had to come in &will lock the door behind them. I would continue but no more characters left.
