Good location and size, not clean, limited amenities

The house is in a great location and was large enough for our 2 families to enjoy vacation together. Easily walkable to the beach even with beach chairs, toys, and small children. Plenty of sleeping space for all.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place had a lot to be desired. We found mpty bottles and past guests socks under the beds and even found mens underwear in a blanket in the living room. The kitchen was very greasy with the wall behind the trashcan covered in food splatter and cigarette butts and a lighter were found on the patio area. This property has a management company so when i reached out to them it was a standard "we'll let the cleaners know" response. Batteries for TV remotes didn't work and they did offer to bring new batteries. Additionally, for such a large place where larger groups would stay, there was only 1 trashbag and 1 roll of paper towels provided. Absolutely nothing like spices, sugar, coffee filters, etc was in the house like most every other vrbo we've stayed at has had. Beware and bring anything you might want to have or be prepared to buy it.

Great time at North Myrtle Beach

Such a beautiful home to vacation with family! We had a total of 11 people and there was more than enough room! Walking distance from the beach and close to local stores and such! Would definitely rent this house again if we visit North Myrtle Beach.

Place is old, was dirty, had a wet musty odor.. the price was cheap and close to beach

Dirty, old, smelt.. low rent for a week, close to beach .. public beach access a bit crowded.. beach access was bonus close.. if place was cleaner and did not smell it would of been much better stay
