“We stay here once a year for a couple of nights, always clean however latest renovations were budget, rooms look good but that bathroom were a cover up job. Aside from the bathroom, everything else looks great and functions well.”

“Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE! ”

“Everything was very clean and nice. If you sat on the side of the bed, towards the top, the metal under the mattress would pop loudly. ”

“Went to check in and took forever for someone to come to desk. The room was freezing and the hotel smelled really bad l. ”

“TV did not work, but staff fixed it. Toilet was dirty, but i took care of that. Other than that, i would stay there again. Just wish they still had an eatery still there. ”
