Given these issues and the cost to rent this property, I have requested a refund for at least one night. Have heard nothing from Ocean Beach Vacations."

"Location of being steps from the beach was awesome. The room was oceanfront but needs to be updated. It was disappointing that there was not a screen door on the balcony so we could have kept it opened for the breeze and the sound of the ocean and to keep bugs out. Also, there are no comfortable chairs on the balcony, just a bench. But it was clean and quiet, plenty of parking"
