The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "Amazing hotel! Great food and has a ton of amenities. My only complaint is how hot the weather was and no a/c in the main lobby areas. Loved every other bit!"

The food options at the restaurants mainly catered to the Japanese palate. Only crossaints and the fruits were inticing to my palate.
