***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS;
Note we sleep 4 people maximum, but not 4 adults. The maximum number of adults is 3 people. The 4th person must be a child age 12 or under. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper which turns into a twin bed.

***WHO WE ARE AS HOSTS;
We understand renting a property with no reviews or few reviews can be a bit worrisome. This is our latest rental property offering hitting the rental market in April 2026. You can book with confidence as we have been VRBO Premier Hosts since 2016 and counting. We have hosted over 15,000 guests since the early 2000's in the short term rental business. We started in Eleuthera in 2003 with 2 properties and now have over 20 properties in our portfolio and thousands of 5 star reviews online. You are in good hands.

PERKS RENTING FROM US;
Our caretaker for this property also rents vehicles at great rates for our guests. It can be arranged to have the vehicle waiting for you at the airport for both pick up and drop off. We also have the best boat captain in the Bahamas we refer our guests to and he provides great rates just for our guests including; snorkel trips, swimming pigs, sand bars, cliff jumping, etc. Lastly, we provide each guest a huge trip planner document which is an island guide top to bottom and inside and out. Guests find it invaluable.

LOCATION;
We are located in North Palmetto Point which is just south of the mid point on the island. It is very safe even for single female travelers with all paved roads which is important because some rentals are located on horrendous dirt roads. It is a great location for exploring points of interest both north and south. We are about 80 minutes from North Eleuthera Airport, 20 minutes from Governor's Harbor Airport and 45 minutes from Rock Sound Airport. There are beautiful beaches and attractions close by and lots of good restaurants and beach bars. You can walk to the ocean in 15 minutes, but most people drive in 4 minutes. There are many gorgeous beaches within 5 miles or less. Here is a short list of our proximity to notable tourist spots;

COTTAGE DESCRIPTION;
Our air conditioned rental is an affordable alternative to the ever increasing prices of short term rentals on the island. However the affordable price does not lack amenities or an upscale rental experience . The cottage was built in 2026. There are a total of 3 rental cottages on property. Each cottage is a spacious one bedroom with a King bed. There is a large en-suite master bath with walk in shower. There is a 40" Smart TV in the bedroom equipped with Netflix, Apple TV etc. Guests must sign into their own accounts. The TV's have free built in channels and run off Star Link, which also powers the Wi-Fi. The living room comes with 50" smart TV also and sofa sleeper that converts to a twin bed. There is a large full size kitchen which is very well stocked for cooking including a blender, drip coffee maker, sandwich maker and toaster. Each unit has it's own outside shower and access to a common covered porch area with a BBQ grill (charcoal), TV, Al-fresco dining and a hot tub for guest use. The cottage caretaker lives in a house behind the cottages and is available if you need anything during your stay, otherwise there will be no interaction with the caretaker out of respect for your privacy.

SUPPORT THE LOCAL ECONOMY;
Unlike the 95% of rental properties that are owned by foreigners, this property is owned by the Rolle family who are local Bahamians. So the funds you are spending goes right back into the local economy versus being wired to some foreign bank account which we think is pretty darn awesome top help the economic state of an island in need.

PETS AND SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Please note we do not accept any pets, emotional, support or therapy animals due to extreme allergies/health related issues in the family.

ELEUTHERA IS NOT FOR EVERYONE;
If Miami Beach or Vegas is your thing we respectfully suggest you pick a different destination. Eleuthera is a sleepy island with some flaws; bad roads, dated infrastructure, there can be power / water / internet outages and the occasional gecko on the wall. The trade off is going back in time 75 years in time to an unspoiled gorgeous island where you will explore the most stunning beaches you have ever seen and have them usually all to yourself. The seafood is fantastically good. The people are warm and genuine, crime is very low and the vibe is super chill. We love it and so do 98% of our guests since 2003 when we began renting on the island.
