"Staff is nice and very friendly, like to stay again prices are good per day. Breakfast availability they must added which is not available only coffee you have to make your own in your room which they provide you, rooms are nice and clean no bed bugs at all. "

"We drove from Orlando, FL and was running late due to storms and traffic. We called to ask for late arrival and Elaine was very pleasant and has a great sense of humor ☺️ At check in Ms Dixon was very friendly and has a great smile 😁 She explained everything that Drury has to offer it's guests. Everyone was so nice and respectful. What no one knew is that we were there because my only son was getting married! Thank you all for making our stay perfect 😊 We look forward to staying with Drury Inn and Suites again! Thank you for excellent customer service😊"
"I had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard Marriott Charlotte Northlake! From the moment I arrived, Demereo at the front desk made me feel right at home. He was professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming — truly a great first impression.
My room was spotless and modern, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The walk-in shower was another highlight — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed.
Although I don’t drink, I stopped by the bar and met Elaine, the bartender. She went above and beyond to create a custom mocktail just for me, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while — refreshing and made with care.
This hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. Huge shoutout to Demereo and Elaine for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!"
