「I wasn’t sure what to expect since the hotel has such mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, plenty of room, clean, free snacks and breakfast. I really liked the industrial look. Front desk people were very nice. Free shuttle to the casino. 」

Before my arrival I asked about an early check in and was not given a clear answer so I was waiting outside the property for a response as there is no type of front desk which is fine...

「Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. The check in directions required that we read them 4-5 times to put all the pieces together. Also the place was advertised as a 2BR. When the check in info came in, it was noted as a one bedroom. 「Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

「The only thing nice about the stay was the room was room was nice there was no one to greet you, there's no service desk, you have to pay $60 for parking and it's only four slots outside. Not a parking deck the second night we got ready to come back to park all four of the parking spaces with filled we call the number they told us they would take care of it.
