“Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and almost immediately answered all questions as we were booking and throughout our stay. It seemed like Tim really cared that……

“What a lovely place! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Great location with reserved parking. We didn't have any problems but the host was very responsive and I am sure would have taken care of any issues.”

“Overall property was great and the unit was just as described. Beds are good, kitchen is fully equipped. We had a hard time checking in with the lock code. But the property owner responded very quickly. It appears to be a newer unit and some upkeep needed to be done in the front yard. Also, for the short term there is a large building under construction next to it. It can be loud in a weekday morning, but I would say after November it would be completed. It didn't bother me because I had to go……
