「This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! 」

「Sally's Cottage ist ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - top Wohngegend! Es ist wirklich einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sally ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sogar für den Willkommens Kaffee war alles vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit ihr top. Für eine Familie mit 3 Teenagern etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.」

「First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

「Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. 「We wanted a no frills place to stay while in Sac for a conference and this was perfect. Easy walk from conference center and restaurants. Would stay again.This is not a fancy place, but is a very comfortable and affordable option.」

「Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!」

「There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. 「We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. 「Charming spacious cottage on beautiful tree lined street. Make time during your visit to relax and enjoy this peaceful, cozy home. Arthouse felt like home! The beautiful art pieces were irresistible and I purchased two stunning prints to bring home. The host was on point with responding to any questions I had. Convenient location.
