「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.」

「Went for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. I always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this being my first one I stayed in, I wouldn’t change a single thing! The host was amazing and super communicative. Very nice! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There was hot chocolate for those cold nights and plenty of food options nearby in downtown grass valley. We brought food back after exploring and the host had everything we needed for a good evening meal. The tv was a little small...
