“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“Overall, very pleased! Fantastic area..close to everything, and the room was clean and spacious. If you're expecting a hotel experience though, this might not be the place for you. Getting in was a bit challenging..needed help from the kind gentleman in the office. The instructions are straight forward once you've done it, but this being our first experience with codes to get in and out, and figuring out the parking situation would have been a bit stressful had we not had help. “Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK……

“The location was superb! We are a family of 4 and only had about 30 hours in Montréal and wanted to make the most of it without having to stay far from old town. The sites were super close and our kids had a lot of fun. We were in town for a concert and getting to and from the Bell Center was only a $12 Uber away.
