"The location is within walking distance of the town centre and is close to the promenade. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We didn’t see any staff because this hotel is a let yourself in place, we were given a number to use for the front entrance and a separate one for our room, plus a telephone number for if we struggled. We were pleasantly surprised for the amount we paid, perfectly adequate for a budget room for a night away."

"I absolutely loved my stay. From the friendly welcome and great staff, who really look after you, to the spotlessly clean room and super-comfy bed. I slept so well. The hotel decor is lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, again with the loveliest staff managing breakfast. I would heartily recommend this lovely hotel - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now but here."
