"It’s non-profit hotel, the money you spent will be used for the animals. I like this idea. We can see koala from our room! Besides, it is a high quality hotel, nice hotel staff. Very convenient zoo access . Taronga is well organized and we highly appreciate it. This hotel is our top one choice when visiting the zoo."

"Thanks for the reception lady waited for us until 10pm for check in, we appreciated it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and because the stairs was a little bit too narrow when you are carrying suitcases. The room was too small, we had a difficult time to manage how to open our two medium size suitcases. It took about 2-3 minutes to wait for the hot water to come out from shower, also the water pressure was disappointing. Free parking was provided, but the only spot left was so difficult to park, I had to make several attempts (I have 30+ years of driving experience) in order to park properly. Oh, the air conditioner in my room was super cold, that’s good."

"Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their explanation was the system was set to "heat" in the master room so it could only has either heat or fan function. So I asked them to turn on the fan function for me for a better air circulation in the room(The window inside the room cannot be opened). However, still nothing happened after the fan function was turned on, they explained the system was already working and since it was a very quiet system that’s why we couldn’t hear anything. To be honest, both my gf and I worked in interior fitting jobs so we knew the system wasn’t working at all, theses guys were just trying to make excuses. Eventually, we had to borrow a standup fan to use, quite disappointing. "

"價錢很好。但因為廁所是在外面住的，比較不安心，很怕忘了帶鑰匙卡，飯店是沒有人的，所以絕對不能被鎖在外面。因為是單獨旅行，所以房間沒有別人，如果是一家人或多一點人是很溫馨的，可以一起煮飯。附近的302號公車幫了我很多忙。"
