“The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!”

“The apartment had all that we needed. We used the kitchen and did laundry. The host was very responsive and we absolutely loved the location of the flat. It was close to many wonderful restaurants, gardens and the tram to everywhere we wanted to go.”

“There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know”
