「What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!」

「Asked for early check in, owner put us off so no early check in. Took 3 emails to find out address. Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first.」

「Everything was as expected! Area is very vibrant and fun, could be a little loud for young kids but worked great for us. If we find ourselves back in Providence, we will stay there again.」

「This apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The location couldn't be better. The apartment is truly historic, we got souvenirs from the Athenaenum that have this row of apartments pictured on it (along with other historic area buildings). We were stressed about the parking situation when we first arrived since the regulations/hours were unclear, but the parking ended up being very convenient and not an issue. The downstairs bedroom is a bit dank and dark, but there is a dehumidifier down...

「Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated.」

「This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.」

「Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza. Lots of activity and an easy walk to downtown library RISD museum, waterfire and VanGogh Exhibit as well as many very good restaurants and music on the hill.」

「We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. We enjoyed the night view from the top of the boat. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. It was a cool enough night that we opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air all...
