“The hotel is situated on extensive grounds with a walk down to the Shannon river. Great pool - longer than most hotel pools. The interior of the hotel is rather old fashioned and could do with some refurbishment. My room was large and comfortable. “I want to start by saying that our stay was fantastic. The hotel is older, so some things are dated such as the carpet throughout the hotel and rooms.
