Perfect spot for our last night in Ireland. We had a large suite for a family of four. The pull out bed was a little small for two teenagers and the mattress was thin. However, the room was very spacious. Dinner and breakfast were both great. Very good value for money.

The Good The pool was a good size and almost warm enough to enjoy. Most of the staff were nice + professional The Bad The Bed is rock hard. They took two twin beds and latched them together, while the zipper noticeably can be felt when lying down. The only way we slept was from sheer exhaustion on every single night there. We did inform staff of how hard the bed was, and even with two (thin) added layers brought to us, it did nothing to improve the quality of sleep. These beds will hurt your back. The pillows were both flat and got super warm very fast; they were useless. You will wake up with a sore neck if you use their pillows. This was the first time I had to purchase pillows while staying at a hotel! Booked the hotel several months in advance, our room was located in the furthest building from the main hotel. We were given a handicapped room (not requested) The bathroom at all times smelled like, you know what. The attractive-looking detached bathtub wasn't used since we would smell that awful stench during use. The floor was extremely dangerous/slippery to walk on after the shower was used every single time. As mentioned, this room was handicapped; however, they put the fan button at the highest point, located above the bathroom door...many people won't be able to push this button due to how high off the ground the fan button is. Almost no room by the sink to put your H&B items at + the sink was located Very Low to the ground, in fact, a foot away from the

This hotel was immaculate and very good rooms. We stayed in the suite which were a very good size. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff were very pleasant.

The room we had Suite 05 was very nice, but it smelled like wet carpet or old tennis shoes as my husband said. Interestingly, there was a permanent sign in the room asking guests to leave the window open upon departure for fresh air. Also, the outside security door to the suites was broken given anyone access to the hallway corridors. Small item - the shampoo bottle in the shower could not be pressed down or top taken off so useless. We reported all to management.

Loved having the kitchenette. Staff was very pleasant and quick to bring things to the room if we needed them. Had an issue with our cooktop and someone was there within 10 min. Bathroom was large and very clean.

We were placed in suites that were unfinished. Missing baseboards, supply rooms with locks drilled out, no elevator. Our first set of rooms had dirty showers, and we had to request to be moved.

Stayed in suite but sadly my car was vandalised in the hotel car park which put a bad end to my stay. Significant damage costing £1750 worth of damage to mirrors lights etc. the changing rooms at pool are old fashioned and need some tlc. Food is average. Buffet breakfast was barely warm! Air con unit dripped water all night n the suite! However the suites are massive. Nice and clean.

I like the bar in the hotel food was good, cappuccinos are beautiful. The suites is where I stayed very spacious, king bed was uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom, leaking shower hose. Broken toilet paper holder. Kitchenette was nice maybe descale the kettle. I didn’t complain I was only there for 4 nights. The saff are very nice.
