「We have been staying in North Truro for 30 years. With the kids in college, we decided to take the dog (non-shredding) for once and find a place that was pet friendly. This can be risky with allergies for me, but the cottage was so clean and open that I had no issues whatsoever. Great location, nice amenities, and just the right size for 2 people. 「We had a great time! Condo nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary items for cooking. The beach was fantastic. The six of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was one situation not related to the condo but for wheel-chair people. For access to the beach, it is easier to cross the small portion of sand in back location. But access was cut off. Can a new rule be applied for wheelchairs having access using the back location? 」

「Great location and really neat historic property. Spacious yard and nice extras like beach equip, provided linens and basic toiletries. Bathrooms are older 1960s vintage (if you like or don’t like that). Note that the upstairs three bedrooms (two twins and one queen) do not have any air conditioning - just fans. We got a cool week in the mid 70s so it wasn’t too bad for our 8 and 10 year old - but would have been tough if it was much hotter. Also - safety note that the steep stairs going to...

「Great house, comfortable beds, basement smelled a little bit like a summer basement (no surprise) but VERY clean. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Be sure to bring extra towels unless you are paying for the extra towel service (this seems to be happening more on the cape recently, even with expensive rentals). We would ABSOLUTELY stay again. 」

「Right next to the beach, which is handy if you plan to walk to the beach and dislike Orleans lack of sidewalks — downside is traffic in front of the property. The property itself is small and very compact. We reserved it for more people than actually ended up coming, so one bathroom and very confined dining space didn’t matter all that muc.」

「Was exactly as described by owner and other reviewers. It was very clean. Great location. We had 3 families there and plenty of room. My sister rented attached property which is even nicer. It did have musty smell coming from basement but not a big deal. Entrance steps have shallow treads and steep. No longer has fire pit as shown in pictures (kids a little disappointed.)」
